Shipping Policy

Shipping price is calculated based on the delivery address and will be automatically calculated for you when you go through the checkout process. The costs below are an approximate indication of shipping costs:-

Shipping is free in North America if the order is over $99.  For Alaska and Hawaii, please call for a shipping quote.  Shipping takes approximately 21  - 28 business days.

We can also offer quotes for faster international deliveries made outside of this time frame. While we make every effort to deliver good on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee deliver on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame.

We use a range of courier services and all North American deliveries are sent mainly via Canada Post or UPS. For international services we use a variety of couriers including Fedex, UPS and Purolator. We reserve the right to change these services at any time. We can offer shipping quotes for international deliveries upon request.

All items are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to cancel any item ordered at any time and provide you with a full refund.

When we deliver your items to you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. If your goods fail to arrive within 35 days of dispatch, you may request a full refund. If you do not receive your shipment after 35 days, we will investigate with the courier and should the shipment be lost a replacement order will be delivered.

Where an incorrect address has been given to Skinnies with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.

Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 48 hours of delivery - claims will not be accepted after this time. Please sign the consignment document 'UNCHECKED', as we cannot otherwise accept any claims for damage in transit.

Claims for missing deliveries, will only be accepted where we have been notified of missing items within 14 days of receipt of order.

Deliveries are made by courier and require a signature on delivery, for this reason, it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box address. If a PO address is used in the address and it is returned to us you must pay for the re-delivery costs to another address as it's not possible to manually check all addresses for PO addresses.

Returns Policy
We offer simple and easy returns service providing you with complete piece of mind. If you receive your products and they aren't right for you this is not a problem, as long as all the packaging is intact and the item has NOT been worn or tired on and it is within our 14 days return period. Email Skinnies at to arrange a return. *Please note, as our products are of a medical nature, we can not accept returns if the product has been opened, handled, tried on, or worn.

Faulty product: In the unlikely event of faulty garments, please tell us immediately. We pride ourselves on the quality of our goods, but to continue that quality we need to know of any problems. Please contact Skinnies straight away at or call 1 866 335 5294, to arrange return and assessment of the garment. On completion of the assessment, if it is determined a manufacturing fault is the cause of the problem an exchange, refund or credit will be issued immediately.
